Lithograph on rag paperWell, it's that time of year again. Did you do all that you set out to do this year? I know I didn't. But I did accomplish a few goals and am feeling an overwhelming sense of satisfaction and growth. I'm looking forward to continued discovery and learning in 2008. I'm extremely grateful to have found a great place to work and grow this year. I look forward to the continuing inspiration and excitement I find in the artistic community all over the web. Christmas came early for me this year. I preodered this much anticipated book by Hans Bacher and it arrived last week. It's a bible on design! So much is jammed into the pages, but of course with great style and composition. Hans has produced an extremely useful and beautiful edition that provides a focus on what is truly important in production design while highlighting great examples of the craft. I haven't been all the way through it yet because I'm waiting for some quiet moments to get lost for a few hours.
